My Strengths
System thinking
In-depth analysis and structuring of complex requirements into scalable information architectures and efficient workflows that make large amounts of data intuitively manageable.
Stakeholder management
Confident moderation of interdisciplinary workshops and management of decision-making processes by confidently balancing the interests of business, product and engineering.
Design Leadership
Technical management of the design process and sustainable strengthening of the design culture within the team through active mentoring and the establishment of consistent, future-proof design standards.
Business Impact
Targeted management of dynamic projects with a focus on the symbiosis of user experience and measurable business success, even in dynamic project environments.
Approach & Methodology
My approach is user-centered, iterative, and closely interlinked with the product, development, and stakeholders. I develop viable UX solutions at the system level, ensure smooth handover to development, and support implementation beyond the design phase.
Understand
Analyze user needs, business objectives, technical conditions, and existing data.
Structure
Translate complex requirements into clear information architectures, use cases, and priorities.
Design
Develop UX concepts, interactions, and design systems, and bring them to life in prototypes.
Validate & Iterate
Test concepts, gather feedback, and iteratively develop solutions.
Selected success stories
The following case studies show how I transform complex requirements into user-friendly, scalable products - from analysis and design to implementation.
Other projects
A selection of other projects from various digital contexts. These brief insights demonstrate our working methods and thematic range: from interactive campaigns to the optimisation of complex workflows in B2B and B2C applications.

About me
Hennef, NRW, Germany
I’m motivated by understanding complex interrelationships and developing clear solutions from them. What helps me most in this is being open to different perspectives – both in design and outside my professional life. I enjoy travelling, am interested in art and music, and have been playing the guitar for many years.
I particularly enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international teams where collaboration and joint development play a central role. I’m open to new design roles and projects, whether remote or based in the Cologne/Bonn area.
